U just can't go wrong at ITA GREAT SERVICES GREAT FOOD WONDERFULL TIME WITH MY FAMILY

Food and service were decent, not worth the money. Also not a family friendly place due to music playing on max. $5 for a bread bowl, but on the bright side free headache to take home. Parking: Parked down the block Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

Was looking forward to trying this place since it opened, especially after hearing and seeing so many good reviews and videos. However, I was truly very disappointed. I personally don’t see what’s so special. I even gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it again as takeout with a different entrée, but it was more disappointing than my first experience. I guess it’s one of those places that gets a couple of local D-list celebrities and a handful of wannabe wise guys raving on social media, and the masses follow suit. I won’t lie; the portions for some items, especially the pasta, were very generous. However, with other items, they were incredibly small. You’ll need multiples of the same appetizers if your family or group is larger than two and wants more than a bite each. The quality and ingredients were fair, along with the preparation and presentation, but not equivalent to the pricing. I understand food prices have gone up, but you can truly get similar quality, portions, and taste elsewhere for half the cost. Now, I will finish off by saying if you haven’t tried ITA, please don’t let my review discourage you. From my experience, the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere decent, no alarms for cleanliness, and the quality of the food was fine. So, again, it’s worth a try, and you might enjoy it, but personally, it just didn’t do it for me. I was expecting a better experience for my money, but again, I think it has fallen under the recent proud Italian American culture on social media we all see, and a few overly kind reviews have boosted its reputation into something it’s not, heightening my expectations along with many others.

Came here for a dinner with friends and would definitely recommend it! The ITA fries were delicious, it was a combo I’ve never tasted before and the sauce they used was so good. The Italian salad was great, but nothing too crazy. The chicken bowl pasta was definitely the star of the show. We saw this on instagram and had high hopes. All the expectations were met! The chicken was delicious, crunchy on the outside but tender on the inside! The cheese on top was fried to perfection and paired so well with the vodka pasta. Our server was amazing-originally they told us they had no more of the special cutlets to serve, so we were disappointed. Our server caught another table’s last minute cancellation and was able to get an order in! Would definitely recommend making a reservation, if you’re planning on getting dinner on the weekend!

Disinterested and inattentive waiter. It almost felt like he didn’t want us there.

The food was delish. Didn't like that you had to pay for bread though. First time that happens in an Italian restaurant. The service was outstanding. OUTSTANDING! The atmosphere is nice, a little dark and loud so it made it feel nightclubish but with families sitting around.
