Ironworks Steaks and Fine Cocktails

Drinks very pricey. I didn't care for how they cooked our steak. I think they Sous Vide the steaks which really take the flavor and juices out of the steak. I did like the herbs they put on top of my NY strip. It was dry and the coloring of the steak not so appealing. Paid 137 for a shared meal with my husband. 3 drink one steak meal and appetizers

Definitely not impressed, steak so tough you couldn't cut it. The waitress did a good job but I would not recommend to friends or family. I took my date here thinking it would be something special, truly a disappointment.

Girlfriends and I tried Ironworks on Thursday evening and what a great experience we had. My filet was extremely tender and flavorful. Also tried a cocktail (can’t remember what it was called) but it was delicious. Our server told me the ingredients in the drink was squeezed fresh in house. I will be back again for sure.

Friendly, but waited for a club soda for more than 5 minutes. Ordered a Steak Medium Rare it nicely seared on the outside but had to send it back because it was raw. Almost Everybody on our table had the same problem.

Ironworks is such a great addition to the downtown Tavares community. The food is good, drinks are delicious, and staff is stellar. Highly recommend stopping in!

Finally a steakhouse that understands how to cook steak at the proper temperature!! Outstanding!! Compliments to the chef!! Spoke with one of the owners Emad who had nothing but positive vibes!!

My husband and I went there to eat and had an amazing time! Everything was chefs kiss from the food to the atmosphere and the service. They are always up to something new so we are definitely going to be returning. This is definitely the new spot. I HIGHLY recommend to check them out!

The four of us had dinner on Saturday night at Ironworks. The place was packed! Good thing we made reservations. We ordered the I-beam bacon and the butter candle bread for all of us to share. The bacon was definitely the best bacon I have had. We ordered the Tomahawk for two of us to share, and my two friends ordered a smoked New york strip and a filet. Everything was tender and well seasoned. This is definitely our new go-to spot in Tavares
