Over an hour wait for food

Waited an hour for our dinner which was lukewarm at best. Waitress never kept us updated as to why there was a wait. Asked for another glass of water, never got it. We ended up taking food to go and my husband literally spit out the pizza. Said it’s the worst he’s ever had. No manager came by. No one explains why there’s such a wait and we can see food sitting ready for servers to pick up.

I have been to Iron Hill Brewery in Center City before and really enjoyed the beer, food, atmosphere. We tried this location because we were in the area and enjoyed our food and beer, however the service missed the mark a bit. It was a very slow night and we didn’t see our server initially until 15 minutes of sitting at the table. Numerous times people walked by without acknowledgment. The only other downside was the beer class was not clean. The beer was great, the food was tasty, but the service missed a bit this time.

Went to Iron Hill Brewery in Media, PA for dinner. We were seated right away with no wait. We had the Meat Trio pizza, Fried Chicken Sandwich and Brewski Burger and Warm Chocolate Molten Lava Cake. Everything was delicious. The pizza probably needed to be cooked a little longer since the bottom was a little soft and when picked up the meat and cheese came completely off. The service was a great, our waitress was very attentive.

The food was delicious and our waitress Heather was incredible!! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time and were well taken care of!! We will definitely be back

Always a great menu, great food, great beer and great service! Something on the menu for everyone. Family friendly, group friendly, date friendly, or dine alone. Iron Hill is our family favorite restaurant. Take advantage of their King of the Hill membership to earn points for discount on your bill and take home their signature mug. Our favorites: Nachos, Cheeseburger, Margarita Pizza, Cheesesteak egg rolls, Cesar salad and the super kid friendly menu!
