This single-farm lot comes from a member of Cooperativa Esquipulas in the rugged mountains of Huehuetenango. Flavor notes: dried cherry, caramel, & orange.

This exceptional lot was grown by cooperative member Milder Velásquez, whose farm is situated in Huehuetenango within the expansive Cuchumatanes mountain range. It is appearing on our single-origin menu for the first time.

Otoño is our annual celebration of autumn. Every year in late summer, our coffee team gathers to evaluate the freshest coffees on our menu, and combine them to evoke the flavors of the season. This year's edition of Otoño blends three items from our single-origin menu, and features ingredients from three of the world's most celebrated coffee origins: Ethiopia Washed Alaka, Kenya Kamviu, and Guatemala La Florida. Flavor notes: plum, cherry, & dried apricot.

Our coffee team carefully selected top lots from Colombia, Costa Rica, and Ethiopia for this blend honoring the athletes participating in the 2023 Chicago Marathon. Intelligentsia is proud to be the official coffee of the event.

This syrupy sweet espresso blend has been the staple of our lineup since the very beginning. Supreme balance and a wonderful sweetness make this a classic.

A sweet, full-bodied espresso that balances flavors of roasted nuts and chocolate with cherry and dark fruit. Look for: roasted hazelnut, cherry, nougat.

This lot was harvested from several parcels of land that comprise the greater Las Moritas farm in San Antonio la Paz. A less commonly explored coffee region of Guatemala just 30 miles outside of the capital, the area is part of the rugged Sierra de las Minas range, renowned for its vast deposits of jade and marble that have been mined there for centuries.

The Sapsucker is a migratory bird with a sweet tooth. Like our coffee team, it is programmed to seek sweetness. This year, we found it in this blend of coffees from Ethiopia and Costa Rica that complements dried cherry, lime, and cola.
