Wouldn’t serve me ice cream because they were “about to close” and already washed their scoops... It was over an hour before closing time

The service at the location here is below zero stars, and if I could give a negative rating I would. I came in with a group of friends around 12:00am on March 3 to order some cookies after a night out. The workers made fun of one of my friends laughing and told him not to laugh like that again. They then proceeded to talk to a group of two other paying women asking them if they heard my friend laugh like that too. This is unacceptable behavior and not a way to treat any human being, let alone paying customers who are supporting the business that you work at. Both workers were extremely unprofessional and also showcased slow service when making my ice cream sandwich too. This location on 1st street has a poor atmosphere exacerbated by a lack of service standards. The cookies, brownies, and ice cream sandwiches are average quality and overpriced. If you have a craving for late night cookies, brownies, or ice cream sandwiches, I would recommend steering clear of this place and giving your money to CREAM across the street.

It's a great idea to have fresh baked cookies but these are so warm and So Soft you can't even grab them without them breaking in pieces can't enjoy it

Cookies were warm and very good.

Really flavorful, soft and chewy cookies. 2 different sizes of cookies. Ice cream was surprisingly good too! Unique flavors. Service was exceptionally friendly
