Insomnia Cookies

The service was no short of amazing! The skinny girl with brown hair went above and beyond to get my cookies when my order was messed up! I will be back again

We sat in silence without anyone taking our order or even speaking for 10 minutes at least while we just stood there. I can’t even rate service well because we were never spoken to.

Best ice cream ever! Blueberry pancake ice cream is top notch. Not to mention the cookies are perfection and super fresh. And the customer service 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 you have to come here!

With all the cookie places out there…this place is actually really kinda terrible. Everything is sent in premade from corporate…then it sits in the warmer ALL day. I wouldn’t have even served them. Needs a really good manager or staff that can learn and stick to the standards and maybe it’ll be better. I do really like the mini options! They have ice cream too…but as under whelming as the cookies were we didn’t bother with trying it.

Went today to get some cookies but come to find out they changed their veteran discount from 10% off to only taking $1 off their classic cookie which would only make it $1.75 instead of $2.75. Their cookies are already somewhat expensive, since they decided to be greedy, I’m not going back.

don’t get me wrong i love insomnia but that’s why i’m so upset about this. why has the store been closed the past few times i’ve tried to go!? i can’t count on them to be open when i want a treat

In town for a concert and had been eyeballing this place for a while now seeing as the other cookie chains are not my favorite this place actually cooks the cookies all the way lol and the flavors were just perfect portions and amounts of toppings! I loved how welcoming and friendly big Mike was, he helped us out because my husband has specific allergies and diet restrictions he knew his stuff for sure, he even helped us with directions ,thats above and beyond in my book! Anyways thanks again big mike!

I was not impressed by these cookies. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie and it was very greasy. The restroom was out of order and the location was dirty. Service was average too. Nothing was memorable
