Indulge Desserts

This was our first visit today, we ordered quite a few things to take out! We had a great customer experience, staff were friendly, the place was very clean and the desserts were delicious. We highly recommend. The lotus biscoffe milkshake and cheesecake were sooo good we were very pleased with all our purchases even the pic &mix bags great value for money. We will definitely be back to try more of your menu. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good place and amazing milkshakes

20 minutes looking for my house driver was outside number 29 down the street instead of 30 on the correct side of the road. The order then gets cancelled by the store as the driver finally pulled up outside my house literally walking to the car to meet him and he drove off. Not happy one bit

Nice little place in Caterall for a dessert. You'll be spoilt for choice.

Tasty but naughty

Avoid this place unless you want to be spoken to like dirt. They attempted to charge me more than the advertised price , Yes only 5p but that is not the point. Girl on till would not back down stating the price on the menu was an old menu. I told them it was illegal to charge more than advertised prices. She went to the manager/Owner who also would not back down at first, she said she can't get everything changed at once. Rudely asked if I wanted the ice cream or not. She was so rude in her manner I asked for a full refund on my whole order, she gave me some of it back so I again asked for all of it. She then accused me of wasting food as it had been made and that I the customer was creating a Drama. This was after watching a member of staff start to make our sundae then carry it around half made whilst serving other customers. Won't be going back here again, if I want to be spoken to in a rude manner I will go to Karen's diner. Vanilla Ice Cream tub was £2.20 on the board but you tried to charge £2.25, which is illegal

Just had a lovely waffle strawberry and chocolate. Staff very friendly and helpful.
