Tandoori Dishes
A 4,000 year tradition, served with basmati rice. Tandoor is the name of a vat-shaped clay oven heated with mesquite wood or charcoal. The oven produces extremely high temperatures, sealing the succulent juices of various meats keeping them moist, tender and flavorful. All meats are marinated with fresh herbs and spices in a "Live" yogurt sauce and left to season overnight. Once seasoned they are skewered and baked in the tandoor. This freshly-baked, mouth watering delicacy is then served from the clay oven with a green salad. Gluten Free.
