I am Chef Richie from the seaside town of Goa, India. I call Central Indiana my home w/my family. I am grateful to introduce my Portuguese-infused Goan Indian flavors to your lives. I have had over a decade of cooking various regions of Indian cuisine. Handed over during the Pandemic in 2020, we continue the India Bistro legacy in lovely Plainfield, Indiana. We have family friendly hours and definitely love to have you try my Goan specials like xacuti, cafreal, & seafood coconut curries. Our family is blended w/a Korean twist, ask for our Gochujang Korean fusion appetizers like K-Chili Chix, K-Chili Paneer, and K-Gobi Manchu appetizers, don't forget the homemade mango smoothie/lassi and chai lattes!
