INDAY is an East Coast-based restaurant group inspired by the warm hospitality and vibrant flavors of India's culinary diaspora. Founded in 2015 by Basu Ratnam, a native New Yorker of Indian heritage, INDAY’s menu incorporates home-cooked recipes from Basu’s Kolkata-born mother and Hyderbadi father with newer interpretations of classic dishes—all guided by the concept of food karma: good ingredients and good energy make for better living. INDAY serves bright and beautiful Indian American food that fits into an everyday lifestyle. This includes nourishing seasonal bowls and curries packed with wholesome ingredients, freshly baked naan, and an assortment of items made in-house, like our mango lassis, bright salads, and chai and spritzes.
