Poor quality. Menu also not marked correctly says non spicy but was spicy.
Oil used also wasn't great quality I would avoid this if you can.
Ordered Chicken Noodle and it had rice and portion of chicken was very very small. Been ordering food very frequently the quality has really gone down
Absolute worst! We were a party of 21 and they couldn't really handle it, we felt that we were too many for them!!! For water we had to ask for it multiple times. For order, they were bringing the main course in batches and also random, we ordered four main course items, they brought it over the span of 20minutes, rather having everything together we were having one item at a time.
Pick up the order and noticed one of the item was missing. When I approached the employee instead of apologize he was like you order one quality only. Earlier we bought the $200.00 gift card from their chino hills location which was included $50.00 promotional cards. Chino Hills location was closed and can't able to use them. Today we try to use in Irvine location and they refuse to use it. Very unprofessional service and approach.
Disappointing
We ordered the crispy chilli potatoes, but there was nothing crispy about them; they were soggy and shattered. I ordered schezwan paneer (dry) with noodles. Both had a subtle meaty smell, very unappetizing. We were charged an additional dollar for requesting paneer schezwan "dry"
one-time visit.
I came here on Saturday at 7 and first thing I ordered was the a soup. The soup tasted like lukewarm ocean water, after I asked the one of the waiters walking by who turned put to be the Manager. Akshay started arguing with me that there is nothing wrong with the soup and it might be because the kitchen mas been messing up food orders all day. There couldn’t have been a worse response and then he tells me I shouldn’t try another soup if I was gonna return it again. The audacity of this man was incomprehensible, anyway if the owner is reading this get a new manager!
If I could give it zero stars, I would. I was a regular at Inchins, Chino Hills, and other locations, and always raved about the food. However, Chino Hills location closed suddenly, leaving me to now travel to Irvine to satisfy my craving. I came to this location once at the beginning of the year, and the food was just OK! I was really disappointed, and their bar tender told me, that this location's food is not as good as the Chino Hills one. I was surprised, a staff member said this, but I decided that this maybe an isolated incident. I made the mistake of giving them another chance and taking my out-of-town guests to dine there this past Friday. The place was quite empty which I was surprised to see on a weekend. We started off by ordering some Happy Hour apps like baby corn and soup. One of us ordered Roti Canai and after 10 minutes, they came to say they do not carry that, although it is on their menu! From there, the experience just got worse..the baby corn was so bad, we couldn't even finish it. The Chicken Manchow, and Chicken corn soup was watered down. Then came the dry chilli chicken, hakka noodle and Schezchuan Fried Rice. All of them was dry, tasted bland and looked and tasted a few days old! When I mentioned it to our server, his response: "I will take that feedback to the chef". We were a party of 8, so of course they already charged us a 21% gratuity, which they don't deserve at all. Honestly, it is THIS location that needs to close permanently!
Worst food i ate in my life, tasteless, saltless,no flavour,we ordered 6 dishes every dish was tasteless,it ruined my day, the food is not indo chinese at all
Worst Food i ever had , ordered lunch special,
1,Soup was full of soy sauce , too salty
2. Cauliflower manchurian was half cooked,
Note - Plz get some professional Chef in the restaurant, the restaurant looks good , has good staff , but the food sucks ,
Had the best father’s day party at inchin’s bamboo garden, good food, good service and good drinks at the bar.
Inchin Bamboo was once one of the go-to places for me and my family, but I had one of the worst experiences in recent times yesterday. The service was really poor, and the waiters were very rude. The food was half cooked; the chicken was spoiled. I have decided not to visit this place anymore.
Great food and drinks , we had a party of 15 people and in spite of being full packed restaurant and short staff ,the servers gave us a good service, bartender had a good knowledge about the drinks and a good customer service, the appetizers were tasty , we will visit this place soon , 😃
Interior is clean and nice and I’ve dined in before.
Today I decided to do takeout - I ordered Orange chicken
Dry Chili chicken
Veg Street side chow main
Chicken 65 fried rice
Food definitely lacked crispiness and flavor- not sure what’s happening to the food quality at Inchins but it’s declined over the years, not the same anymore and it lacks flavour. Customer service is good though. I paid $67 and some change for 4 items, for an average meal.
This place has gotten worse with each visit …. we were so disappointed after driving 1.5 hr to come here for dinner … we were the only ones dining at the time, and still quality of food was horrible …
Chilli Paneer - cold, chewy, and VERY very oily, lacked flavor
Corn Soup - bowl of sugar, couldn't taste anything else
Veg Momos - raw and chewy dough and filling was bland
Veg Manchurian - the veg balls/coins were dripping in oil, could literally squeeze them and oil was dripping.
Not going to come back again.
