Great food and service.

Good food but not authentic Italian. Staff is super friendly and the places is gorgeous!

Yesterday I had the most great experience at your restaurant. The food was yummy and tasty and the quality was good. The office was so luxury that I had so many things to do for the kids. I would highly recommend this Plaza and Il fornaio

Food is very good. You can order spaghetti, even though it's not on the menu. Service can be a little slower than you may expect, but they strive to please. The location and ambiance is upper level and is probably why it is often the choice to celebrate with family and friends the notable events in life.

Unfortunately this is bad news. I have been a frequent customer of this restaurant for many years. I ordered three items on GrubHub. My order came and one item was missing. I communicated with my driver who said he picked up the bags the restaurant left. Clearly, the restaurant omitted one of the items. I called the restaurant. Subsequently I received a return phone call from the manager. He denied any responsibility for the problem, blamed it on GrubHub and told me to pursue them for a refund. I pressed him pretty hard but he was unmoved. Apparently he does not understand anything about customer service and making it right. The bottom line is a repeat customer here will not ever be returning to Il Fornaio. Not to mention that all of these items were extraordinarily overpriced. Too bad to see a good restaurant go so far downhill.

One of the best for special dinners. Service is always great. And the cocktails are always different and tasty.
