Poseidon was an awesome server! Even tho they were busy he made sure everything came out on time and correctly! Thank you for amazing service!

I was waiting for service for about 10 minutes literally right now. A person walked in with their child, and where 'waiting for Krista' or a name similar to that. This waitress of yours, straight ignored me. Although I was patiently waiting. She sat the person and her child, gossiping and having fun with friends time, as opposed to working. I waited about 3 more minutes then left. Oh, and there were only 2 other small groups of customers, who already had their food and drinks. This waitress is no waitress, she is incompetent.

Our family of 6 showed up just after 8:00. There was only a few other tables being served. We were in and out in about an hour. There was only one server and a hostess. A father/son operation. I am willing to bet David was the manager. The meals all came out very quickly! Once we were basically served several other customers came in. After a while another server showed up and helped out David and his son continue their regular operations. I am sure there was some short staffing happening, but everyone was so helpful and quickly making us feel important. We had a wrong meal come out to us, but they fixed the problem(we all make mistakes). After we were about to leave I brought my yeti mug in and David topped it off for us! If we ever come through Richmond, Indiana again, I will definitely be coming here again! Thanks for filling our bellies! Kid-friendliness: Great menu options!

Stopped there on the way home from Indianapolis on Easter Sunday. They did a great job with the holiday crowd. Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free menu

Service was terrible servers were on there phones we sat 30 mins and got our drink and food orders in we left after an hour of waiting it wasn't busy either so just terrible.
