This shop is nicer than most

Hate to rate this place as horrible but.......Food was horrible, the server was great in bringing me a "fresh" order of hashbrowns (the 1st order was stale, as if under a heatlamp) and their Chicken Fried Steak was as hard as a Hockey Puck with hardly any Country Gravy on it.....mmmmmmyeahhhhh No! Sorry IHOP, this time I'm going for Denny's

It's an IHOP chain not anything special. Service was good. Food prices for 55+ is not really a savings for those of us on a fixed income. Food prices everywhere are ridiculous!!

Waiting 25 minutes for drinks. My breakfast never showed. The people that got sitted 25 minutes after us got their food and they told me I still had to wait an additional 25 minutes. So I left and never coming back.

Service was horrible!! Our waitress was in no hurry to get our order to us! I don’t understand why people work at a place that makes them miserable! Don’t work if you’re going to give out bad customer service! We had been waiting 40 minutes for our order and it still hadn’t arrived! We walked out!! Our waitress had no kind of smile or even happiness to be alive!! It was horrible! I understand if the place doesn’t have a whole lot of employees working, it doesn’t excuse the service or delivery of service or how long it takes to get our food!!! IHOP really needs to improve this location and make changes!!!

This place is SUCKS! The service is beyond HORRIBLE. Look, I get you have to watch your labor for the bottom line. However, this is ridiculous! Either hire more competent servers or another cook. It seems like there is only one cook back in the kitchen making food for the customers. I waited 1 hour and at the hour mark I left because I still hadn't received my order. Other customers were clearly frustrated as we were. 1 hostess that seemed to have problems seated them, 2 servers, 1 buser funny dishes were still all over dirty tables and I guess a manager older lady with glasses doing nothing. Accept, standing by the back computer by the patio. This is the second time it's been like this. The first time, I thought it was an aberration it clearly wasn't. Don't waste your time going here. I'll try the one down the street. Maybe it will be better. I at least hope it is. Or are all I hope not the same? FOLLOW UP . LIP SERVICE YOUR RESTAURANT IS TRASH AND SO ARE YOUR PUBLIC RELATIONS
