IHOP

The service was amazingly horrible. This wasn’t expected. We waited over an hour to get food. Like we literally watched people come in after us, get seated, get their food, and leave before we even got food on our table and it was only two of us. We didn’t order much. I love ihop but this particular store I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I was literally late for work waiting on food. Never again

Marcus is a fantastic employee at this restaurant, went 1 time returned a couple weeks later and Marcus remembered our order and us! This was very impressive some severs at various places can’t remember your order going to the kitchen let alone a few weeks later! Apparently staff was short because he came out and apologized for not being attentive, he was also helping cook! Another impressive thing!! Way to go awesome will definitely be a regular customer with outstanding service like was provided!!!!

We had a great experience. Everything came out perfectly. Thank you , Nicole. They need to give you a raise, or let you manage the entire restaurant. You were efficient, friendly, and on the ball. Thank you!

Horrible, upon entering the manager was yelling across the restaurant at servers and host, not super busy but we still waited 5 minutes to be sat, upon seating waiting another 15 minutes to be greeted. Me and my family left it was just too much chaos for an establishment the manager was holding the kitchen door open yelling at servers the whole restaurant could hear, it just made a dining experience a 0 for me and other customers who complained. This business has declined tremendously and I blame management
