IHOP

Silverware and napkins should be standard with a to go order. It’s elementary school stuff but will go a long way. I get 3 miles down the road only to realize I can’t eat my food and it’ll now go cold. I should rate it a 1. And I shouldn’t have left a tip.

Absolute worst experience. Awful service, food cold. Our food took forever to come out and at that point our fries were cold to the touch. When we asked for hot fries instead of leaving our sandwiches (burger and hot Nashville chicken melt) the server took our whole plates, we watched him touch the food and then bring the sandwiches back cold 5 minutes later and shortly after they brought the same fries that they recooked so they were not good. At that point we ask to speak to the manager because now we are annoyed...we weren't asking for anything, but a box to bring our food home and let her know that the service was lacking that night. She acted offended, but did offer to remake the food which we had to take to go because everyone else in our party had finished eating by this point. The server never returned to see if we needed anything. Multiple times I attempted to get his attention because we were waiting to ask for refills and he ignored us. He spent his time with the party who were behind us that he knew. I'm kind of shocked that the manager knowing how bad our service already had been to that point sat around chatting with the staff and then they all come around giving us dirty looks, then she would come over acting overly nice. This was our regular weekend go to spot, but we won't be back. I could understand them feeling some kind of way if we were trying to get free food, but we never asked for anything but fresh french fries. All we did was try to let management know there was an issue that evening. Update: The restaurant responded to my review asking me to complete a link so they could follow up and that was 4 days ago. Definitely confirmed my thought to not return. If the owner can't follow up I understand why they have the staff they do.

This particular IHOP only respects and give good service to people who aren’t black. If you’re a person of color expect to be ignored as soon as you step foot in the restaurant. This has happened to me every single time I ordered online and went to pick up my order. From my observation they always disregarded and disrespected people who didn’t look like them. Funny thing is they’re minorities themselves Latinos and Indians.That is so weird as you being a minority yourself wanting to be a racist to other minorities. Plus I never understood why racially biased people work in the service industry, as you are going to encounter all walks of life . This particular restaurant need hiring diversity, I’ve never seen a black person working there. That shows with the way they always treat people who look like me.

As a frequent client at ihop I was very enraged and disappointed with the service I got , it started with the crepes I ordered,when they served it to me their was a very long and visible hair tangled in between all the crepes. When I called the servant over I got a such a nasty attitude with a even more ugly tone , when I complained not even 1 minute later they came with the same crepes and the same disgusting expression I felt so bad being their because everyone even the manager gave a these nasty looks and I didn’t understand because I love ihop I go their at least twice a week they know me .THEN THE MANAGER HAS THE CONFIDENCE TO PUT HER HAND IM MY FOOD TO TAKE AND HIDE THE HAIR OVER THE WHOLE TABLE REACHING FOR MY PLATE WITH ALL THIS FORCE and she was furious about how we took a photo of the hair . After all that horrible service they gave me a slap in the face when i saw they only discounted a coffee like if I couldn’t pay for it or didn’t have money .I felt so insulted and offended and overall so sad . All I wanted was to fix my issue they couldn’t even do that like they didn’t even know how to confront it I didn’t want a discount I is wanted my crepes redone with out any hair in it and enjoy my breakfast without all these servants and the manager staring me down like with so much disrespect .
