IHOP

Stopped by for hot cocoa and to use the restroom while I waited for the store next door to open. Really friendly staff!

Food was mediocre at best, and that’s probably an overstatement. I ordered a Big Meat Burrito breakfast combo with hash browns. What I ended up getting was a side of hash browns with more hash browns and a few pieces of sausage(?) drenched in cheese sauce wrapped up inside of a ripped tortilla. I was fortunate though. My server did come by once when I politely stopped them as they were walking by and asked for a drink refill. The atmosphere is very loud from confined people trying to talk over tables that are less than three feet away from them. That wonderful noise then competes with nonstop metallic kitchen noise. All of which would be ok if the food and service itself didn’t suck. If you’re especially lucky, you’ll get to see a customer wearing a cheaply made green and blue costume with their chest hanging out for all to see, just inside the entrance on the bench.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at IHOP, and I have to say, Melba made the experience enjoyable and stress free. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting to know her customers. She made sure our meals were exactly how we wanted them, and I appreciated that. Great food too! 💕🌹

Food was nice and hot. My kids had special orders and the food came back exactly as requested. Server was very attentive and friendly.

I very rarely leave negative reviews on Google. That being said, if I could leave this place zero stars I would. Where I am from, we held everyone to standard. Off gate coming into this establishment, our server was a hot mess. Her pants were low, no belt, skin was showing, it looked very unhygienic. Then we get seated. She off gate told us she couldn’t service until she cleaned out the ice machine, which she spilled tea all in. She also had some other hiccups throughout the night. Initially, I felt bad for her, but we were delayed on our order for so long because she wouldn’t take our order. Once we got our food, it was subpar. My partners was hot, and mine was barely warm. She inaccurately showed me my receipt. And she kept my debit card. So now I have to wait two weeks to have access to any of my money. Before I posted this, I have called the establishment over 15 times trying to get my card back. But no one answers the phone, not even corporate. This was my first experience with IHOP ever, and I hope to never experience anything from IHOP ever again. The establishment at this location was rundown, dirty, and a hot mess

this location sucks compared to the Everett evergreen way location to say the least.

Please see my photo for reference!! I paid $6.71 BEFORE TAX FOR ABOUT 20 FRIES!!!!! Called to place an order over the phone because I've always done so, working in the SAME PARKING LOT- to be told you cannot place an order over the phone anymore "per the owner"...what is the difference between an online order and phone? Who knows!!!!? They really skimp on everything now!! Probably go elsewhere if you want a full helping for 3 times the price now!!! I won't be back for sure! I WILL be watching for the place that replaces this old, outdated, money hungry, and small helping shack! My hand in the photo is for amount reference... pretty tiny!

According to the instructions on the Uber eats app, delivery drivers are supposed to wait in the parking lot and call the restaurant to have the item brought out. However the owner refused to follow the instructions, rudely insisting that I come inside. Even after complying , he continued to be disrespectful and attempted to lecture me about the Uber eats app, despite the clear instructions provided by him on the app

Sirloin tips were good! I ordered mac & cheese as a side, and it was 😝 No cheese flavor at all :( My waitress was great :)

The food was tasty here. The service was good. The restaurant was clean and nice. They have parkings.

Had to edit my 5 star review, my husband had a Starbucks coffee in his hand and we tried to enter the restaurant to have breakfast with some of his coworkers that were already waiting for us and he was denied entry because of the coffee!!! Ridiculous!!!! Never going back.

Drove up at 11:05 Saturday 9-14 to a closed store no pancakes just sadness
