Portions are so small that you not even full after a desert. Coupons say one thing and discount only the cheapest item ordered.

Customer service was outstanding

Understaffed. This leads to poor service and left me never wanting to return to this particular location. As a rule, IHOPs are consistently good. The manager of this location should re-evaluate his revenue time patterns to better match his staffing.

Buen servicio. Ambiente relajado. Deberían proponer estrellas para quien atiende puesto que en cada establecimiento no solo en su línea. Hay personas amables. Pero en lo personal. Me atendieron bien. En otros establecimientos en general existe la des cortesías. El punto me pareció bien y trataré de frecuentar dicho lugar. Por cierto en avenida Compton y alameda. Hay una localidad de ustedes en la verdad hay un super visor que debería preguntar a sus empleados como los trata. Y cambiarlo. Gracias por sus sugerencias en opinar. Por las demás preguntas no recuerdo que pedí talvez una amburgesa. Pero las demás cuestiones talvez preguntarlas en el momento que uno pague o finalice u consumo en ese momento. Gracias.y no recuerdo cuánto se gasto de otro modo guardo el recibo. Pero un aproximado no más de 70 dólares por dos personas. Gracias.

We went this morning and the omelets are to die for I got the stake I'm late with the melted cheese. It was the bomb. My kids got the silver pancakes. I'd very good prices. Except for the omelets, I think we paid very close to $20 per plate but still worth it. Thank you,

I have came to this Ihop ever since I was a kid and never had any issues. It was a great place to take my family out to eat. I ordered a breakfast that included ham, the ham wasn’t even half a ham it was literally a very small piece where i can take one bite and it was gone. I asked the server if this is all they give now and he look embarrassed for me having to ask this question especially when the people next to us agreed on me questioning the portion size. I was very disappointed at how much I am paying and it felt like i didn’t even get a full meal, my bacon was burnt and so was my sausage. The food quality was so bad and disappointing at this location. I have gone to the ihop in lakewood and paramount and never had this issue with these other locations. Its just this location that has gone bad. I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down.
