IHOP

The place looks great, but they could be more courteous and clean. The tables looked unclean, the floor was filthy, and I had to go up to the front to let them know that we sat for 10 minutes without anyone to take our orders.

Used to be a little bit better we went today and eggs were disgusting we all got sick 🤢 service was horrible,the waiter with long hair was scratching his head and at the same time coming to our table,so disgusting and the utensil were dirty we have to clean them with our napkins what is this India?never going back to this IHOP never,

Terrible service. Waiting more than 50 min to get our order. Other tables that got there after us got their food before us. I asked for a manager and no one came . When we were done the bill got there and it took more than 15 for our server to come to get it, had to ask someone else. Again I asked for a manager an nothing. It's so sad how things have changed in this country.

Please add more servers for night time. There was no host/hostess. We had to wait a considerable time to be seated, waited and served. Didn't even have drinks until at least 15 minutes of being sat. The waiter was nice but was obviously overwhelmed as he was the lone server with a lot of tables. Food came out timely and was delicious but the experience would have been much better if management would do better on staffing. I would rate restaurant cleanliness a 2/5.
