IHOP

Found a Cigarette butt on the ground inside the restaurant, terrible first impression. Nobody was there to seat us, took too long for someone to show up and then wouldn’t let us get our own table. Waitress was nice but terrible management. Won’t go again

Lindzey was absolutely amazing and wonderful, patient, kind, and generous. She's a credit to this location and absolutely indispensable. And we thank IHop for hiring such a great person.

Terrible service. I think they hire special needs servers. Or at leas the sever we had. She had absolutely no idea what she was doing. They were completely out of Dr Pepper. We had to ask for our drinks to come out. She walked by three times and ordered our food before we got our drinks. What the hell is going on here?

Service was extremely slow even though we one of maybe 5 tables. Server was not friendly, the manager was rude and awful. Completely unprofessional. There were 3 different couples trying to get seated by her and she got snappy with me when I tried to pay my bill saying that the server was supposed to take it. I apologized and said I was not told that by the server. Her response “ I guess I can do it!”. While some of the food was really good the gravy was cold. The overall interior was dirty from the bathrooms to the windows. Back of the booth seat was broken.

It took them 10 minutes to get my orange juice which I already paid for. The place is always dirty like half the tables are always dirty and the floor never get vacuumed or moped. Looks like broken glass on the floor

I had a burger and it was very raw they had no yellow mustard and no Tabasco sauce I ask for sweet tea they brought me raspberrie tea my friend got biscuits and gravy and the gravy was really salty and cold the waitress was very sweet and kept apologizing but it wasn't her fault it was the cooks you don't serve people raw food we will never go back there
