Very nice waitress. Floor was dirty and outside yard needed garbage and cigarette butts cleaned up. Smallest pancakes we have ever seen.

Our server was amazing. Hands down loved how sweet and attentive she was. The food was great and the entire establishment was very clean and well kept. Fun and welcoming to enjoy a family meal in.

I was here for 25mins waiting for my pick up order. And when I asked the lady for a my food she dismissed and seated another customer that had just came in. After I told her about the situation she said well I was here this whole time. She was rude and I will not be coming back to this location. My family and friends are regulars here and we will not be coming horrible experience. Terrible customer service

I have had IHOP in the past very good food good service.
