Waitress was amazing .Food was delicious.

The kitchen obviously got hammered and was not able to handle the business. Online orders took over the place. In house business should always come first in this kind of restaurant. Mandee and JJ were amazing!! They kept their cool communicated with all of us about how things were going and then 1.5 hours later provided excellent service with a great attitude!!! Don’t know if I will be back but I hope Mandee or JJ are working if I do.

Strawberry Cheesecake Pancake was worth the drive there.

Had the greatest service this afternoon from the sweetest server Mandy. She went above and beyond to make sure our girls got exactly what they wanted. Some of the best customer service we have ever had even when they were short staffed.

Mandee was wonderful. The staff was kind.

Me and a few work buddy's was in there tonight. We waited about 15 mins to be seated. It was a full house. Our server set us but did not take our drink order or food order for an hour. But another lady Katie was checking on all the tables very sweet girl. She asked how everything was and we expressed to her our concerns. She immediately got our food, and Drinks Made sure everything was correct and then she apologized for everything. We made sure she got a tip! You need to get rid of the one server and hire better ones. If it was not for the other young lady we would have left. Katie was cleaning tables, taking out food, seating people all while our original server was complaining, saying she wasn't supposed to be there ,other things that was inappropriate and running around lost. At one point we didn't even see our original server for about 20 mins. She left all of her other tables unattended. While the other girls took care of them ! Ihop has so much potential!
