It’s really just not that good
The ice cream here is great! Unfortunately the staff on the afternoon of 4-13 seemed to move in slow motion. Only one person scooping with a line out the door, and many requests to repeat the order. Their dipper well is also really far away from the cold case, so every single scoop requires them to go all the way across the room and back. Really inefficient. Again, great product, but the staffing here the night we visited (and the equipment layout) did not do it justice.
Some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time!! The carrot cake with salted Carmel was lovely!!! Must stop on a beautiful day in Georgetown!
Today, April 13th around 3pm I decided to try this place out and ordered a chocolate milkshake. For the $12 dollars I paid I got the worst milkshake I've ever had in my life. It contained next to no ice cream. The dude practically handed me a glass of milk. It was like he picked up someone's finished milkshake cup that still had some residual shake in it, poured milk into it, and called it a day. I saw him reach into the ice cream container but he must have faked me out and only pretended to scoop until I looked away. Poor guy he probably couldn't scoop the hard ice cream because his hands must hurt from all the hard work he's putting in. Just go to the Haagen Dazs nearby (they put ice cream in their milkshakes.)
Very dreadful. The taste of ice cream is average and the price is so high. And already on the overpriced stuff we got charged even more. For what we don’t know. For 9 dollars it’s definitely not worth it
Staff were super friendly and the ice cream, delicious! Had one scoop of the blueberry goat cheese and a scoop of the cherry blossom cheesecake
Best ice cream spot in Georgetown, hands down.
Ice cream was amazing and staff were very kind and helpful!! 10/10 would recommend
