Rooms: Clean and basically furnished rooms. Excellent bathroom with strong walkin shower. Very small TV, which may bother some people but not us. Food & drinks: Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Noteworthy details: Advertises as dog friendly for which there is an extra charge. What this means is the dog is allowed in your room but not in any of the public areas. To eat, you had to sit in a meeting room off the reception area - fortunately a good pub within easy walking distance serving excellent food, which we used as had friends joining us. Meeting room was OK for breakfast.
Good hotel for an overnight stop. The room and bathroom were clean as well as the staff very nice and friendly. The only thing missing in the room was a face/hand towel but apparently that's the hotel policy (not to offer these towels other than bath towels). Didn't try the restaurant.
Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds and a great shower. Staff are great & the breakfast was mega! Highly recommend. Food & drinks: Has a bar in the lobby with comfortable seating & a small menu if you fancy a bite.
Hotel seems very tired. Maybe some investment using some of rhe government money recently received might be a good idea
Very friendly and professional
Friendly staff on reception. Rooms basic but everything you need. Beds very comfortable good shower. Would have had breakfast but £12 was a bit steep. my wife only has cereal, could not find a menu on line so did not bother. Having a reasonable breakfast would have pushed the score up to 9/10. Overall, for the price thought it was excellent will come again.
