The I Stronga Jamaican Vegan Café. As a young man, Chef Avery was drawn to spirituality and the teachings of Haile Selassie I. This led him to explore and embrace a biblical way of life. He spent thirteen years in Jamaica blue mountains where he learned the art and value of living off the land...this evolved into a Vegan lifestyle. Chef I Law has been cooking vegan food for over 12 years he is very passionate about cooking and serving healthy, creating vegan dishes that contain no meat, dairy, or animal products. A major focus of our menu will be fusion-based cuisines that draw inspiration from international cultures. Our restaurant also has a number of Jamaican-styled healthy food options that use the restaurants proprietary vegan recipes.
