I Luv Phở 5 Mall of Georgia

There must have been a change in ownership and it shows... the service has become trash. The fact that the will be well staffed, on slow day and still leave you sitting there for over ten minutes without even asking about a drink order.

The food and the service was great

When I found that my local I Luv Pho closed (Snellville), I was elated to learn that the Mall of Georgia location also delivered via Uber Eats! As with any order, I made my purchase on Uber Eats (first time at this location), and called the restaurant to explain my instructions. When I called, I immediately received Nina on the other line, who went OVER and BEYOND, and the extra mile to make sure that my order was correct, and my extras were explained! She even welcomed me to this location after telling her about Snellville! I have never been more grateful for her service, considering their restaurants volume and the fact that I’m not ordering in person. I am a sucker for customer service and will pay top dollar for great service and dining experience, especially if it exceeds my expectations. Nina was that and ABOVE, and each time after (because I order 3 times a week!) she ensures that my order is correct, my specialties are added and that my bag is sealed to ensure tamper proof!!!! Thank you so much Nina!! We really appreciate you each time!!

Great food and atmosphere. Even my old fashion party members enjoyed trying something out of the ordinary or familiar to them. The menu has items to suit all tastes.

The food here is delicious and beautifully presented.

I have a habit of eating noodles on rainy days. Vietnamese noodles are the best here!

Overall experience was not great. Music was popping. DJ music that makes you eat super quick. Very pushy vibe. Definitely not what u would want. My noodle was over cooked. Bowl of super soft noodle pho. Lol

Everything was delicious. Service friendly and fast. Food was really good. Recommend: P-10 I luv pho.
