Contemporary sushi restaurant in the heart of Old Town Keller. Established in 2022. Hush is locally owned and operated by chef Tommy Zheng and wife Donny Wu. With more than 20 years of restaurant and bar experience between them, Hush presents an “east meets west” cuisine concept that is unique and fresh. Hush is a modern Japanese restaurant with signature cocktails, wine, sake, and an enviable selection of whiskeys, bourbons and tequilas.
