HUMMUS Bowls & Wraps

My family and I have been supporting hummus bowl since day one. Over the last few years the quality of food & customer service has diminished. Recently visited and their employees seem perfectly fine to make us wait longer as they prepared other online orders after already patiently waiting for about 15 minutes. We drove 25 minutes to come support hummus bowl now they make walk-in customers not a priority over online orders. We have spent thousands supporting this business. looking at the chicken it was over cooked with burn marks all over it looked super dry. The lentils wear a different color than they normally seem like they were under Cooked as well, most of the items were down to like the last portion of almost everything on there menu Absolutely poor management from the food quality to awful customer service. 0/10

We visited on a late Sunday afternoon. The woman who served us seemed rushed, annoyed, and aggravated at our questions. When my bowl was made, the gentleman said there were "unlimited toppings", but the woman then told my fiance he could only choose 6 toppings on his bowl. The worst part of the experience was hearing her yell at the guy in the back about him making her "look bad" since he put so much food on my bowl, and then having to hear him reply back in near tears that he has autism and why is he being yelled at. We barely touched our food and then left. We were also not given trays, lids or straws for our drinks.

Looking for a swift and nutritious meal, HUMMUS delivered on every front. The mini bowl offered just the right portion, complemented by flawlessly prepared chicken. This charming, fast-service eatery impressed with exceptional service. Additionally, the ambiance was enhanced by an enjoyable music selection.

Great service, great food, great people. I wish the store wasent tucked in a weird location. If it were seen by more people this place would be super popular

Getting more expensive (but what isn't) and limiting Toppings, but this is a place you can go eat at, and eat a lot, and still feel good! We never regret eating here.
