Pizza
13" artisan pies are a blend of the finest unbleached & non-bromated wheat flours. Each pizza is fermented for a minimum of 48 hours, hand rolled, stretched & cooked in our Italian brick oven to produce a light, thin and crispy crust. All pizzas baked well done and topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
