We specialize on making traditional dishes from Mexico, starting with an ancient and principal ingredient on Mexican Cuisine which is Corn. Corn is the corner stone of our food, we craft all our food from scratch, starting with the Corn kernels, we Nixtamalize (cook corn kernels in water and calcium), Stone grind them to get the Dough (masa), to make our own fresh gluten free Corn Tortillas, Huaraches, Sopes, Quesadillas and more. We value our Mexican Heritage and that's why we are here to share it with you.
