Focus on Grandma's white loaves, bread shaping, cheese twists, Garlic Cheddar, Basil Parmesan, Jalapeno Jack Breads. You'll learn chemistry behind baking, fun things to flavor dough with and you'll leave with recipes, dough and a fresh baked bread. Class begins at 11AM and is approx 2 hours long. Your receipt is your ticket so please bring it with you to the class. Also when it asks you when you want to pick up your "order" please choose today, if we're closed for the day please choose tomorrow (you don't actually have to pick anything up, it's just so we can keep track of how many participants have joined the class).
