HotLime, is a craft taco and ceviche concept influenced by Miami's diverse Latin cultures. High school friends, Chef Daniel Gonzalez and Carlos Padilla created HotLime after working 20+ years in Miami's top dinning establishments. After testing their concept at Yellow Green Farmers Market in 2015 , the duo joined St. Roch Market Miami and plays an integral role in the Food Hall and helped achieve such accolades as winning Best Restaurant in Miami Design District/Midtown 2018. Now the duo will join the Sistrunk Market in Ft. Lauderdale in 2019.
