I had the most worst experience here, rooms are small and not maintained well, bathroom has poor plumbing, renovation work was going on with lot of dust, they dont even provide basic facilities for the price paid and also there are lot of cockroaches in rooms which doesnt allow one to sleep.I strongly dont recommend this property to anyone
I am writing to express my disappointment with my parents recent stay at hotel Devraj Niwas on pichola lake.
Unfortunately, there experience did not meet there expectations, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
During there stay, they encountered several issues that greatly impacted there comfort and overall satisfaction. Firstly, the lack of provided toiletries and the unhygienic condition of the washroom were unacceptable. Additionally, the absence of basic amenities such as a wardrobe and kettle, which were advertised in the photos, was disappointing. And very unsafe place to stay
Moreover, I was deeply disturbed by the behavior of the manager, Rajveer. His rudeness and unprofessionalism were evident throughout my interaction with him. His threat to cancel my reservation without regard for my inconvenience, coupled with disrespectful remarks about my family, was completely uncalled for.
Good place to stay with proper services and tasty foods enjoyed the views..
This Hotel on Lake Pichola is a very good stay option, the terrace restaurant with Candle light dinner is value for money, Proximity to City Palace, Jagdish Mandir, Bagore ki Haveli and Gangaur Ghat all within 100-150 meters is a 10/10
Beautiful view from rooms... However approach is difficult..
The location of the hotel is very good. It is situated on the bank of the lake pichola. Great views from restaurant. It is situated in lal ghat area where you can feel the authentic old rajasthani culture like narrow roads, small shops yet fast moving auto-rickshaws. You will find most of the foreigner tourists here in these streets. Most of the attractions & famous eat-out like upre & ambarai are nearby. The road gets closed from the hotel as it was just situated beside the lake. We booked 2 deluxe non-lake view room , which was comparatively small but at price point of view considered to be ok & economical. We can choose high end rooms also according to our budget. There is little options in breakfast If you book with breakfast plan. Overall we had a great stay. I recommend the hotel 4/5.
good stay , perfect location
Very basic rooms but value for money. Very authentic experience of living in a haveli. Friendly and eager staff ensured that the service was very good. Great view of the lake from the rooftop restaurant and bar. There are plenty of good eateries within walking distance.
