To Our Valued Guests... With over 20 years of experience working in various oriental restaurants, in April of 2003, we decided to open Hot Wok. The vision for our family-owned establishment was simple to offer fresh and healthy dishes to our cus-tomers, in the same ways we serve our own families. This means our ingredients are delivered to us fresh; never canned. We select only white meat for our made-to-order dishes. Most items we prepare are reflections of our South-East Asian heritage, which in-clude authentic cuisines from regions such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore.
