Hot Texas Grills is dedicated to giving you the very best of Texas barbecue, with a focus on tasty menu items made with quality ingredients offered at a reasonable value. Founded in 2020, Hot Texas Grills has come a long way from our beginnings cooking in barbecue competitions around the state. Over the years our passion for cooking and making people happy by serving up great food inspired us to make the leap when the opportunity presented itself to open a food truck (okay, it’s a trailer). Now we serve customers at the Moontower Saloon in South Austin, and we are thrilled to be a part of the food truck industry in our local community.
