For our February molten cake, we are deconstructing the components of classic Spumoni, an Italian dessert consisting of chocolate, cherry, and pistachio gelatos; flavors that lend themselves beautifully to our dark decadence molten cake! This was a best seller last year, and it’s perfect for Valentine’s day! Our dark decadence cake is filled with a creamy pistachio crema pasticcera and chopped pistachios. On the side we have a compote of juicy sour cherries, our very own housemade dark chocolate sauce, and an extra sprinkling of crushed pistachios\r\n\r\nAllergens: Contains DAIRY (milk), TREE NUTS (almonds, pistachios), EGGS, CORN (cornstarch)

Our bread pudding has become somewhat of a cult favorite with our regular clientele, and for good reason! This season’s version was inspired by the flavors of a classic almond croissant. Rich & tender Macrina brioche is toasted and soaked in an almond custard, and then baked with buttered bosc pears and creamy pockets of almond frangipane. Topped with a generous snow dust of powdered sugar and crispy frosted almonds, this dessert perfectly recreates the Parisian breakfast pastry we all love.\r\n\r\nAllergens: Contains DAIRY (milk), EGGS, GLUTEN, TREE NUTS. We didn’t do too much to reinvent this classic Italian dessert - why mess with perfection? Instead, we’re choosing to keep it traditional with flawless execution. Lady finger sponge cake is generously soaked with Victrola espresso, rum, & coffee liquor, then nestled between thick layers of lush mascarpone cream. These decadent blondies are loaded with toasted pecans, chocolate chips, and toasted coconut. Made with PNW honey. Honey bees are inseparably tied to our food, being directly responsible for 80% of agricultural pollination. We all play a part in creating a sustainable environment for bees and humans. In addition, we use salt harvested off of the pacific coast, and we use just enough to give way to saltiness, but not become overpowered by it. We use organic dairy from WA state farms and as always, this sauce is made with human arms, dry-burned over a copper pot.
