Our go to place whenever we want to have some Indian food including idli, dosa and tacos. Love love love the amazing collection of vegan cakes. Ordered vegan birthday cakes multiple times and they never fail to bring smile! One of the favorites is vegan chocolate mousse cake! Dietary restrictions: It's one of the best places to have vegan food as they have vegan options in their menu. Also, love their amazing vegan cakes!
Staff is very nice and friendly. Food is fresh and service is very quick. Food is great. Loved the paneer 65 and cauliflower. The hakka veg noodles were great. Madala dosa is fantastic Shahi paneer didn’t quite hit the spot but was good. Vegan desserts are great. Love that they offer eggless desserts that are hard to fine near us. Ambiance is nice and chill.
Please do not go there and if you go do not order vadapav it’s nesty smell like sheet also that lady at counter short one so rude to us we drive from North Carolina and she didn’t telll us to welcome also sister have stomach pain after she eat vadapav don’t go please
The restaurant is a well-known franchise and is mostly known for cakes and Indian snacks. We come here often for dining. The cakes are pretty good and the food is good or okay depending on what you order. I have tried chole batura, puri with aloo, Dosa, and Manchurian, and they are pretty good. The biryani is okay. It's a casual spot for dining, and the service is good.
Very disappointed. Our friend group gets a cake from here almost weekly and they have been absolutely amazing, but this time we got HALF the cake we usually get, half the layers were missing. Very disappointed. Unless we are given a refund or a replacement, we will be going elsewhere for our weekly cakes. If you must get a cake from here, don’t pay for it in advance, and see if all the layers are there before you pay for it, because the cashier- although very lovely, cannot do anything about it.
Please don’t shop here! Costumer service is terrible! Not welcoming at all. Went there yesterday and my total was $28.00 but when I got home I realized that I was charged $35.00 and change!!! The lady at the register help herself with a 20% tip!!! I ordered a few pastries to go! Very unethical!!
Very poor quality. We tried some chaats & cakes, only to realize it has been a pure wastage of money. Not going back again.
I have taken off the 2 stars to awaken the management of this Indian restaurant to a very important fact which they should know before imposing this particular rule on customers. Rule: If Customer does not dine-in, then they cannot access the Dining area to sit down for a glass of Juice and has to take a carry-out. I want to inform the management of this joint that having real fruit juices( such as sugarcane/orange/mango/lime juices) along with food causes obesity and a multitude of digestive issues. Also, there must be a reasonable time gap between consuming fruits or fruit juices and taking meals. ( google for more info). So, logically if a person wants to have a fruit juice then he/she cannot place a food order within an Hour. Also, if a person has had a meal in the restaurant, but also is interested in having a sugarcane juice then he or she has to either have to-go meal or Juice. In either case that person is now bounded to take the takeout and put it in the refrigerator at home as soon as possible, that means if there are any other plans to go and visit another store, then now it is not feasible especially during the summer. Also, I have noticed that during any given time of the day or in the weekdays there are no more that 2 tables occupied by customers for dining while rest of the 12 or so tables are waiting for more customers. If the joint removes the above rule I am sure many more tables would be occupied as the experience of having a glass of juice in one of ur favorite joints is really uplifting. Hope the management takes note of my suggestion. The 3 stars I have given to Hot Breads in Gaithersburg is for the excellent food cooked by Trilok as well as the sugarcane juice, a rarity nostalgic drink reminding us of India when we would drink a Mega-glass full of the energizer after a tough day in college for just 1 Rupee/glass.
