Hot Box Cookies

I love hotbox cookies specially the EUCLID location mainly because of the nice manger Mr Alonzo. But what saddens me is I overheard a coworker of mine say she was gonna have her friend call n get him fired over personal reasons.smh she stated she would have her friend call and complain as if he was accepting cash app payments because she knew that was against the stores policy and would cause for immediate termination.for a second I thought maybe she would get over what she’s angry about ,until I went to get cookies and was told he no longer works there. I’m just praying the cause isn’t because of what the lady did because Alonzo just had a beautiful girl he loves his job and was the main reason I became a faithful customer…I don’t think this location will be the same anymore if it’s true

Great experience, there was an issue with our order and the manager went above and beyond to rectify the problem. True customer service and I felt valued by the service received. Thanks!

I came in at 9:30 last night to order it was my first time coming to the establishment and the young man who was supposed to been taking my order was totally disrespectful! He was on his phone the entire time slamming pans every time I asked if they had certain items! Then I proceeded to ask what time did they close he told me well we close at 11 but since I’m the only one here tonight I’ll be leaving early around 10:30 so because of that he wouldn’t be working on any ice cream orders. I will never recommend anyone to go in and place a order with them because you potentially will get the same treatment ‼️

This place does not close at 11:59pm on Friday. I repeat THIS PLACE DOES NOT CLOSE AT 11:59PM ON FRIDAYS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO TO THIS SHOP ON FRIDAYS AFTER 11:00PM. I made a pickup order online on Friday got there at 11:15pm and it was closed. I am still waiting to hear if I get my refund

These cookies were delicious I mean hot and ready good . The cashier was very polite and even recommended me to get the ice cream with the cookies which took the deliciousness to a whole other level.

worst customer service. I ordered delivery for a birthday and confirmed with the general manager. I called her again after the delivery was supposed to occur, and she still never delivered the cookies. I called again the next day to ask about the delivery and this woman said because of her medical condition she cannot deliver. What kind of customer service is that, when I was not contacted in any way not even the next day that the delivery is not going to take place. She didnt even give me my refund. They need to have better customer service and chain of command if such things occur.

Would love to give five stars because the cookies are amazing but it’s hard to do that when you order from this location and they never show up. $62 wasted. Not the first time either

My son recommended this place as he visits here before returning to school So we stopped in and yes so glad we did A great choice for cookies the gooey butter cookie was hands down the best I only give it a four star was for the service we got It was not busy only one other customer not greeted or spoken to and standing in front of the cashier still not acknowledge Took forever Other then that Would recommend would return For the gooey butter cookie
