Cookies were room temperature and tasted off. Idk who at this business needs to hear this but CASH IS A LEGAL FORM OF TENDER. Won't be returning.

I ordered cookies for Delivery at 6:55. By 9:05 I had received nothing, not even an update. I called up there just for the girl to tell me they’re not taking deliveries and they’re short staffed. That would have been good to know 2 hours ago! When they got the order why didn’t they call to notify?? I will never order from here again.

I order cookies nearly 2.5 hours ago and they never showed up. Only after calling wondering what was going on with my order did I learn that they “weren’t doing delivery at this time due to short staffing”. I’m not mad about the circumstance, I’m mad that there was no notice online or any form of outward communication. This was my third and final chance for this company to change my opinion but unfortunately they fell short. Very disappointing.

I have never been here but it looks pretty great. Leaving 5 stars on behalf of the biggest Hot Box cookie fan I know, my sister.
