Max Hosey is a chef with 24 years of world culinary experience, using his talents to create delicious vegetable based cuisine. Our goal is to create a connection between our guests, with nutritious, and environmentally sound products of our regions. We are leading the way in the food service industry, by creating more environmentally sound practices, such as, use of local ingredients, sustainable practices, while bringing value to our guests.
