The Manager was a complete failure needs to be fired. Will not return until he is fired

Ordered buffalo shrimp, as an appetizer, it didn’t look cooked like in the picture, asked waitress for some ranch and she’s like we have to charge you for it. If you’re ordering the buffalo shrimp be ready to pay extra for the dipping sauces. Let’s just say management lady will not accommodate in any way. Told her to take the shrimp away. SMH unbelievable!! We got wings with mild sauce. The wings had hardly any sauce you could see the plain wing. The wing sauce tasted expired had a dull after taste. This place used to be good, unfortunately it’s gone down and the Manager hides in the back doesn’t even make an appearance to assist with the situation. Terrible Leadership!!! Harlingen Hooters train your staff to accommodate your patrons.

Music with bad words cut off u can't even hear the music

Their big tv screens has been not working for 2 -4 years.. why do u guys not fix it..is it because u want to close the place.???
