Music was too loud

The only complaint is the music is too loud, this is the 2nd restaurant we have been too in the last week, I guess it's just a hooters thing. My husband and I couldn't even have a conversation without yelling across the table so we just didn't talk, we ate paid the check and left.

This has become my daughters favorite place to eat. It's all about the tots. Their tator tots are apparently to die for because both of my daughters request to go here only for the tots.

I always love sitting with Savannah!! Amazing waitress and bartender. I recommend asking for her!! She will definitely make sure you try the best items on the menu!

For the times my wife and I go to this location, we never really had any issues. Understandably, going on a Friday night it is going to be busy. My party was seated quickly, we waited for around 5mins for our waitress to greet us and all that was said was " give me a min and I'll be right with you". Again.... Friday night, so we understood it was busy. But after about 15 mins of waiting and waiting our waitress finally came up to us and told us " I'm going to be honest I forgot about yall" even after walking past us several times to bring beers to the table 2 feet behind us. Waiting almost 20 mins to get a drink order is pretty crazy. We were contemplating moving tables or leaving all together before she "remembered" we were there. Also, this location used to be good saucing their wings. Now it's seems they're being very stingy. The last 3 times going and ordering the 20 piece, the wings come out extremely dry, and we always have to order more sauce.

this place is just amazing,waitress and the one who work in the bar look like machine woman,everything came faster and they are nice with clients

Nastiest tasting wings i have ever had. The sauce had no flavor. They tasted burnt too. Won't be back.

Never showed up to our table, gave it ten minutes and just walked out.

Waitress only came when we called her over after the took our order, she was friendly

I give this hooters 4 stars. This is our typical hooters spot to come to, we come at least twice a month and always have a great experience. Although, yesterday we came and my husband was not allowed to order another beer after the 3rd. (1) we were never informed of this “new” beer limit rule (2) we were not warned that we order one more drink, would result in us not being able to order another (3) we’ve come plenty of times and have ordered plenty more drinks and have never been aware of a cutoff (unless of course, you’re acting drunk- we’ve never acted or have been drunk in hooters). Our waitress didn’t seem to understand or know what this limit was as she first mentioned it’s a limit per ticket, the alcohol limit is done within their “new” systems, etc. I understand if there’s new rules or limits, but it would be nice to be made aware of such. The most upsetting part was that we’re always patient when it comes down to waiting for a waitress to come, we noticed ours was busy so we waited with no complaints - so it was unfortunate that we were just getting to enjoy our drinks watching the cowboys game to be cut short. Lastly, when we were walking out this young man who was sitting at the bar was drunk- I even asked him how many drinks he had. He said like “17”- although exaggerated I’m sure, but upsetting when you have myself and my table that’s quiet, no problems, enjoying our Time to be “cut off “ yet a young man who was obviously over-served to have had a great time sitting at the bar. Please train waitresses on explaining to the customers about this beer limit rule when being asked questions. We love Hooters and will definitely come back since we’ve honestly have never had any issues, this is just a concern on our end!

The beer was hot. I asked for A bucket of ice so I could call my beer and they gave me a glass. It did not help unfortunately I cannot drink anything less than cold beer so I gave it to my husband. Food was decent. The service was good. The place was completely filthy. The restroom was so dirty that I asked for my check so I could go home and use the restroom

I just ordered 1/2 of my order is wrong. They were able to answer the phone to take my order. Now that I’m calling to complain I can’t get someone to pick up. I’m at 10 calls and no one will answer

Kailee was an outstanding server. She was delightful, attentive, and kind. My buddy ordered the sliders and we all had some drinks. The only complaint I have is that we got cut off with no time limit we could wait to get more drinks. I would definitely recommend y'all to come here and ask for Kailee for the exceptional service she provides. Hooters, don't lose this waitress to the competition; she needs a raise.
