Today we had a party of Ten for my grandson birthday the waitress was really nice and good service but the kitchen lost the ball got the order wrong had to wait then we order wings to go and we traveled all the way home to port Huron to find no sauce on the wings the total bill was 221.00 plus I left over a 50.00 tip it sure wasn't our waitress but the kitchen staff was horrible. Again thank you to our amazing waitress.
The Wings are still good. The rest of the menu is hit and miss. The service is hit and miss too. This isn't like other Hooters, the servers are told not to stay at the tables long. Service is also a lower standard, again, there are some god servers here, but it's like playing the lottery
The 1st paragraph is a review for tonight, and the second paragraph is a review from a year ago. Sadly, this place has gotten even worse. Decided to give them another shot. Walked in 5 waitress congregated around the hostess station. One of them seated us and brought us water. Waited all of 30 to 45 minutes and nobody ever came back. The place was not busy at all for 6:30 on a Saturday night. There were 3 guys at the bar and 4 tables with customers. As we walked out a waitress looked at us, then looked at our table, and never asked if everything was alright or said anything. With the cost of going out to dinner anymore, there's no excuse for poor service. Ordered the 10 piece bone in wings and the large order of buffalo shrimp to go. Both were under cooked. At the time of order I asked for alot of blue cheese. I ended up with 3 and was charged $2. This is the 4th time I've been dissatisfied with this place in the last 2 months. Not sure what's happened, but the quality has gone downhill really bad. I used to love coming to this place.
Burgers were really good, enjoyed curly fries and lemonades. Waitress was not very attentive, we had to wait long and call her over sometimes.
