Honest Restaurant Barrie - Best Indian Restaurant Offers Fast Food, Gujarati, Punjabi, Indian Chinese, South Indian Food

I ordered food from here today, like I had done a couple of times in the past. Have never had a “WOW” experience, but I thought that their flavours were okay. My order today had rava masala dosa and aloo puff. The sambar was smelling weird and chutney tasted sour and I know for a fact that it was spoilt. The aloo puff was stale and probably all the food they sent except maybe the dosa, was from yesterday. Very disappointing as I thought this to be one of the decent places to order Indian food from.

Food was delicious and service was also quick and friendly. Family atmosphere so peaceful with indian music. Loved the place. Vegetarian options: It's pure veg restaurant so feels like india.

The service of Honest restaurant Barrie is very poor. They charge for water. They don't ask for water. Only one staff has to do all the serving, cleaning, taking order.... We would never go there and never recommend.

I have ordered pav bhaji on uber and bhaji was just with too much of oil and red chilli taste. The taste was really too bad. And this is our experience from last 3-4 times in each and every food it was too much of oil.

The food of this restaurant is so bad, I have ordered cheese butter masala , and the taste is so bad of that and even the pav bhaji I have ordered is so bad so much of oil in it and just taste like red chilli Powder , even in past order I called them they told me that the food is well prepared our cook is good!!!!

We stopped by here about a month ago for a quick dinner. The place is huge with a lot of seating. I believe all foods are vegetarian. The cool thing is about the history of this restaurant which started with a small booth in southern India almost 50 years . We ordered the Punjabi Thali, it was good and a generous portion.

Honestly, HONEST deserves negative star if there is an option!!
