Honest Coffee Roasters (H.C. Roasters) Nashville is a third wave coffee shop serving excellent coffee, meticulously roasted locally in Franklin in our flagship store. We are passionate about carefully brewed coffee, and creating a space where community and fellowship can happen. In addition to coffee, the Nashville location also serves small plates, as well as the popular açai bowls from Franklin Juice.
