Style: DDH Hazy<br />ABV: 7.2% IBU: 8 <br /><br />Encompassing aspects of many of the new ale styles, but not completely one of them. Heavy adjuncts including oats and wheat, New World Hops, Grungeist, El Dorado, Calypso, and Experimental X09326. Vanilla and tart cherry added during fermentation. Together this represents Holzlagers "New Ale".

Style: Hard Seltzer<br />ABV: 5.5% IBU: 0<br /><br />A hard seltzer with Blueberry and lactose with a beautiful purple color.

Style: Fruited IPA<br />ABV: 7.6% IBU: 63 <br /><br />This fruited IPA is brewed with Sorachi Ace, Cascade, Citra, Mosaic and Chinook hops. Additions of Passionfruit, Blood Orange, and Guava give this Hammer its' Hawaiian.

Style: IIIPA<br />ABV: 11.4% IBU: 73 <br /><br />This strong, full bodied, triple IPA is as deceptively smooth and balanced as the most stealthy UFO. <br />The flavor is front and center with zeus and cascade hops. Aromas of sweet malt, orange citrus and subtle pine also come from the hops.<br />The hefty malt backbone keeps the bitterness from completely overpowering the taste and allowing an all out flavor invasion.

Style: Kölsch<br />ABV: 4.3% IBU: 21 <br /><br />The Holzlager Kölsch is brewed to reflect the traditions of Köln (Cologne) Germany, but with a Midwest feel. Light in color, mildly full, robust in aroma and a little hazy. It's unfiltered, and unexpected.

Style: India Pale Ale<br />ABV: 7.0% IBU: 63 <br /><br />Brewed with Sorachi Ace, cascade, Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook hops; this carousel of hop aroma and flavor will hammer any clown of his feet. We’re not clowning around here!
