Holiday Inn Montréal-Longueuil

When we told them the air conditioner in our room (a window unit by the way) didn’t work, they told us no rooms were available to move to, and to try unplugging it and plugging it back in — didn’t offer maintenance or even an “I’m sorry” — that was the best service we had here, which should tell you how terrible the hotel stay was.

Really had a bad experience with this Hotel restaurant staff. The staff named Gulio and Sarah were very rude during their service . They really need to learn the etiquettes and hospitality with the guests. This Hotel is really out of my list now onwards until they don’t realize that hiring such staff may turn someone’s memorable trip to a disaster and ruins the hotel image. I don’t recommend this Hotel to those who value their happiness and money.

This was our first hotel to check in during our vacation. It was an uncomfortable stay and I was disappointed on the cleanliness. First, we checked in was asked about the vehicle type we drive and year, was informed be aware we have had thefts in the area for certain vehicles the front desk person said. My vehicle was on the list. The pool was dirty with the whirlpool the pool area didn’t seem like it was cleaned frequently. In our room we found French fries and chocolate when we checked in. That tells us the room wasn’t probably cleaned. Over night we locked the room including the chain lock. When I woke up the door was open but had the chain lock so it appeared someone tried to get into our room overnight. This was a scary experience as we had a small child with us. We would not be staying here again and will not recommend this hotel at this location. We stayed at other holiday inns that were better than this hotel.

Had visitors for the weekend from the USA for a family gathering so we recommend this location to be close to our house their car was stolen from the parking lot of the hotel and when we went there to see what was happening the staff where not helpful at all and the manager was not carrring at all Please never use this location if you want to be safe .

Our car was stolen from the parking lot while we were staying there. I paid cash for breakfast and charged my credit card for it after they confirmed to cancel the charge , I was double charged.

Rooms are excellent and very comfortable . The staff is very supportive. Mr Roman - the bartender in evening shift is very nice and hardworking professional….

We had the worst experience in this hotel it’s not safe at all hey stole our family member car we came to canada for weddingparty from Boston , the hotel have limited parking in the front so they let you park in the back of the hotel and they give you a lock for your car because some cars are high theft, but the next morning the car was stolen we called the police by the time they come and do report the car was most propaly in a ship outside the country ,I can’t believe the hotel knows this problem and they don’t even hire a security t the back of the parking lot.they messed up our vacation time. I will never come to this place if we have our own car.

Arriving by bicycle, we stayed here during the recent heatwave. The staff were very helpful with the bikes, storing them in a secure location out of the heat, we were in and out with them a couple of times. The restaurant staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet is amazing. The room was modern and clean, the only downside was the air conditioner could not cool the room below 82 F during the day but it didn't really bother us because we were out cycling in what felt like 105 f with the humidex. The pool was clean and cool so we went for a swim to help cool off. The location is a little bit difficult on bikes but once you find one of those pedestrian overpasses to get you over the 132 and on the bike path by the water, its all worth it.

The hotel is a little bit old but in a good shape and the rooms are restored. The staff is friendly and helpful
