Holesome Bagels

Our mouth-watering story began in a roundabout way. In 1989, Arele Sheinberger and Jacob Baitch, two friends of Israeli origin, came to the United States and realized that the pinnacle of Jewish New York, Crown Heights, lacked that most New York of products—bagels! Three decades and hundreds-of-thousands potato bagels later, what began as Crown Bagels blossomed into the world-famous Holesome Bagels, producing a well-rounded product renowned around the world.
