Hilton Brook

First time that I’ve been to the Hilton Brook and I certainly wasn’t disappointed at all, amazing friendly service by the lovely blonde lady on the bar, when the food arrived, which was in great time too I may add, it looked fantastic and tasted exceptional. The large mixed grill and rump steak that were ordered were cooked to perfection and was piping hot. I will definitely be visiting again. Compliments to Chef Anna and the rest of the staff for a great service!!

Came to Hilton brook with some friends for some food and the food was lovely. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend to others!!

Drinks far too expensive but nice pub apart from that

Upon arrival the member of staff who served us at the bar didn't know how to serve drinks or what to do when I told them we had a table booked. The second staff member didn't know either. Once seated at our wood flaking table and upholstery ripped chairs we ordered. The food arrived hot but poorly cooked. The chicken burger was over cooked, peas were like pellets and the medium well steak had pink liquid oozing out. It was sent back only to be returned pretty much the same. I dont like writing a bad review but I used to really like this pub and it's a shame its gone downhill. However with some care and staff training I'm sure it could be great again.

Food was lovely

Came here for mothers day food and service was exceptional hats off to the chefs some of the best roasties we've ever had! Can't wait to come back! would recommend this pub if your in and around Hilton!
