Hihimanu Sushi is a traditional Japanese sushi bar. We Specialize in Omakase (Chefs choice)... Sushi and Sashimi using the finest ingredients Hawaii has to offer in 10 seat counter. Fish flown in from Japan directly from the auction with a seasonal variety that changes every season. Omakase customers need to make a reservation. Allergies must be made known to us ahead of time. We're able to accommodate 1-2 specific shellfish allergy, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate customers that are allergic to ALL bivalves or crustacean, severe gluten intolerance, kosher, or vegetarian.
